The wood and steel sculpture, Points of View by James Surls, occupies a prominent spot in downtown Houston's Market Square. Originally dedicated by the City in 1992, the existing lights were inefficient and outdated. Additionally, because the lighting was located in the surrounding water feature, routine maintenance was difficult. With ongoing revitalization efforts in the area leading to increased pedestrian activity at night, our client wished to re-address the lighting for this formidable art piece.
